F.A.Q.

How are puppies priced?
Our puppies are priced between $1800 and $2500, depending upon the quality of
the dog.

Why are bulldogs so expensive?
The reason that bulldogs are so expensive is due to the breeding process and
overall care of the puppies. Bulldogs very rarely breed naturally and there are
many veterinary expenses that occur. The females usually get progesterone tests
to determine the optimum time for breeding and it make take several tests. When
the female is considered ready, she will require artificial insemination and if all
goes well she will give birth 63 days later. Bulldogs usually require c-sections
because the puppies’ heads are rather large. Unfortunately, bulldogs have a high
mortality rate and are prone to having water puppies that don’t survive. Care of
the puppies becomes the breeder’s responsibility. The puppies must be kept warm
and feed every 2 hours their first week. The mother dog is not left unattended with
her pups, since bulldogs are somewhat clumsy and accidents may occur.

Do puppies come with health guarantee?
Yes, our puppies come with a 1-year general health guarantee against severe
congenital and genetic problems. You will be required to sign a contract and you
will receive this guarantee in writing. Bulldogs suffer breed specific problems and
we do not cover what we consider normal to the breed. We also, do not cover vet
bills. Again, this will be included in our guarantee. Once you pick up your puppy, a
vet must see him/her within 72 hours. The findings must be faxed back to me
within the given timeframe or the guarantee becomes void.

How do I secure the puppy of my choice?
A $500.00 deposit will hold the pup of your choice until he/she is ready to come
home to you. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the puppy is found to
have a severe medical condition or if it is determined to be unacceptable for sale.
Should such a situation occur, a full refund of the deposit will be returned to the
buyer or it can be applied towards the purchase of another puppy. Our puppies
sell fast, so the best way to secure the pup of your choice is to place a deposit.

Payment:
Payments will be accepted in the form of  Money Orders, Cashiers Check or cash.
Personal checks will be accepted, but there is ten day hold for it to clear. All
puppies must be paid in full when they are picked up.

Delivery:
You may pick your puppy up at our home or I will meet you at a convenient
location.

Shot & Examinations:
All of our puppies are taken to our vet, where they are given an overall health
examination and necessary vaccinations. Our puppies are up to date on their
shots and de-wormings prior to going to their new homes. All of our puppies are
micro-chipped, which is no more painful than a vaccination. Micro-chipping is a
form of identification that gives the owner a greater chance of recovering their pet
if it’s lost or stolen.
